Mike Hess Brewing of San Diego will be releasing their 100th batch of Solis Dynamic IPA on Friday, October 11th. For this landmark batch, they collaborated with Scot Blair of Hamilton’s and South Park Brewing Company as well as West Coaster Magazine.
Each new batch of Solis is unique—a new and interesting combination of malt and hops. This bone-dry, hop-forward, dynamic San Diego–style IPA allows MHB brewers to keep their creative juices flowing and your mouth watering. This upcoming batch is brewed with Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Columbus, and Chinook hops, plus golden promise specialty grain.
Solis 100 will be available at all 5 Mike Hess Brewing locations, with the official release happening at the North Park taproom. Special edition shirts and glassware will also be available to celebrate this momentous occasion!
