NASHVILLE, Tenn.Tennessee Brew Works gives a nod to a more secret part of the state’s history with the release of Secret City Imperial IPA today. The Oak Ridge community in East Tennessee was home to the once Secret City, ultimately the biggest research facility for the Manhattan Project.

The Secret City Imperial IPA sits at a burly 10% ABV, 70 IBUs. It starts with a vivid cantaloupe orange color and moves to aromas of pine, tangerine, stone fruit, mango and honeydew. These aromas are replicated in the flavors which is highlighted by a rich full body, a nice resin mouth feel, solid malty backbone and a dry crisp finish.
