The crowdfunding campaign to back the craft beer card game Thinking & Drinking ends Thursday, June 11 at 9 a.m. ET

Thinking & Drinking features six decks of cards – each containing 54 cards. Aside from a question, each card also features the profile of a U.S. craft brewery and beer.

Thinking & Drinking has raised more than $24,000 through a 45-day Kickstarter campaign where backers will receive a copy of the game for a pledge. Full copies of the game are available for $30. Single decks are available for $10. Taproom Packs – 6 sets of the game – are available for $150.

“We have met our goal and are excited to start the production process and get the game in the hands of our backers and the featured breweries,” said Jonathan Cooper, who created the game with his wife Nikki. “The game is about getting people talking and having conversations outside of work and daily life. We want people to put down their phone and enjoy time with their friends.”

Jonathan and Nikki Cooper began a focused effort to bring the game to life in January.

“Back then we hadn’t recruited a single brewery and just had a list of questions and a name,” said Cooper. Now, Thinking & Drinking features 312 craft breweries, including a brewery from each state and Washington, D.C. A full list of featured breweries is available at www.ThinkingDrinking.Beer/Supporters

“We’ve already had breweries ask about being featured in the next printing. We’re excited for the possibility and for the future growth of the game,” said Cooper. “This started as a husband-and-wife project and we are really grateful it has been embraced by so many people.”
