Jester King is thrilled to announce that this Friday, February 23rd at 4pm the brewery will be releasing Elements of Composition Blend 1! Elements of Composition is our collaboration with De Garde Brewing in Tillamook, Oregon and Sante Adairius Rustic Ales in Capitola, California.
Peppy will live at Jester King, so he can regularly tend to our crops and livestock. He’ll help us reach our long term goal of growing fruit, vegetables, herbs, and spices, not just for our beer, but to share with the growing community around us.
2017 SPON — Three Year Blend is a blend of three different vintages — 2014, 2015 and 2016 — of 100% spontaneously fermented beer.
We’re pleased to introduce Jester King No Whalez Here — a farmhouse witbier made with Texas coriander, house-dried tangerines, and hand-harvested lavender.

Jester King two new beers from our SPON series — 2016 and 2017 SPON Still. Both of these beers are 100% spontaneously fermented, selected from a single barrel (unblended), and bottled “still” without re-fermentation in the bottle.
