Door County Brewing Co. is excited to announce the return of Pastoral Saison as a seasonal release. Last brewed in the summer of 2016, Pastoral is a Belgian style saison featuring a simplistic malt bill fermented with our house Belgian yeast strain.
Le Printemps was the first batch we brewed on our new 15-barrel brewhouse back in late January and is an important milestone for both our Hacienda Beer Co. and Door County Brewing Co. brands, as this is our first beer ever bottled in Baileys Harbor.
Door County Brewing Co. is thrilled to announce a new addition to their year-round lineup, Clawhammer Pilsner. Clawhammer is a classic German-style Pilsner brewed with an American point of view.
