Steve Holle
Steve Holle founded KC Bier Co. in 2014 following a 30+ year career in banking and commercial real estate investment, during which he became an avid homebrewer and beer writer. Steve has studied at Doemens Brewing Academy in Munich; earned the designation Diploma Brewer from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in London in 2003; authored and co-authored two books published by the Master Brewers Association; and has served as a beer judge at the Great American Beer Festival since 2005. He speaks fluent German and his favorite bier is Helles Lager.
