WHAT: Brink Brewing will celebrate three successful years in business this month with a weekend full of bottle releases and special events at the brewery in Cincinnati’s College Hill neighborhood.

On Friday, Brink will release a limited edition and bottled oak-aged 3rd Anniversary Blend blend and several other new beers, including an array of barrel-aged variants including BA Moozie Rye, BA Bulldog Jefferson Ocean, BA Imperial Moozie with Blueberry, BA Duncan Claw, and BA Kelly’s Candy Barleywine. Additional special releases on Friday include DDH Tom Brady’s Tears, Tropical Sour Pie, Pumpkin Moozie, and Maple + Toffee Father G’s Bees.

On Saturday, Brink will release two bottled variants of its popular King Cake beer: Toasted Coconut and Cinnamon. It is pilsner malt based with added lactose and oats, and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Brink will roll out a Pineapple Upside Down King Cake variant, in addition to Raspberry Flying Peanut, Tiramisu Stout with Deeper Roots espresso, and Black Currant Wheat. Brink will host the Stellar Street Eats truck beginning at 9:30am for brunch, and the Che Food Truck beginning at 1pm.
