MEDFORD, OREGON— Common Block Brewing Company and Climate City Brewing Company join forces and celebrate their Southern Oregon partnership with their latest collaboration brew. Introducing Winter Wonderbiére – a collaboration biére de noël brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich, and Chocolate malts.
This is the latest in the two breweries’ collaboration series, launched last year. With each batch, the two brewpubs serve the specialty brew exclusively at their Southern Oregon locations, alongside recommended menu pairings. At Common Block, Winter Wonderbiére makes a great match for the brewpub’s infamous Mac N Cheese Grilled Cheese. At Climate City, the staff recommends pairing with the Jalapeño Bacon Mac & Cheese or Wild Mushroom Burger.
