Heavy Seas decided to use an old technique for brewing what used to be called “Steam” beer. Our Davy Jones’ Lager is fermented using lager yeast at ale temperatures, then slowly lowered down to “lager”, taking the yeast from the top down to Davy Jones’ Locker.
