Fort Collins, Colo. – The Fort Collins Brewery, along with Gravity 1020 Modern Tavern, is excited to announce their February limited releases, Sweet Tart Pomegranate Stout, Strikin’ It Rich Stout and Big Ben Nitro.
Sweet Tart Pomegranate Stout is a dark chocolate beer with a roasted, earthy aroma to it, including hints of pomegranate. Sweet Tart is a brew that starts off with a slightly burnt malt profile and transforms into a somewhat sour sensation. The first of three February limited releases becomes available Monday in FCB’s Tasting Room, Gravity 1020 and a few select bars and restaurants in Colorado.

Strikin’ It Rich Stout, the second of February’s limited releases, is an Irish Stout brewed to Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP). This flavorful brew is full of caramel and malt, along with a texture similar to chocolate milk, but is delivered black as a strong cappuccino. FCB will release Strikin’ It Rich Stout on Monday in FCB’s Tasting Room, Gravity 1020 and a few select bars and restaurants in Colorado.

The English Style Pale Ale, Big Ben Nitro, is full of floral hop aromas with a strong caramel backbone. The Big Ben Nitro has light fruity esters with a thick white head that resides on top of this light copper ale. The medium hop bitterness and sweet malty flavor is meant to provide balance for extreme drinkability. Big Ben Nitro will be tapped Monday, February 17th only at Gravity 1020.
