Seneca Falls, NY – Welcome the newest addition, Hello, Fraise! to the Seneca Falls Craft Beer Parlour. Yes, that’s right; the tap list is growing again! Jon Paul Partee, head brewer, has been working like crazy and he’s ready to let patrons drink the brewery’s latest addition. Yep, he’s ‘sampled’ plenty of this strawberry cream ale for himself, now it’s the customer’s turn.
Hello, Fraise! is made with freshly harvested local berries on a cream ale. The light, refreshing cream ale lends itself to fresh fruit additions allowing these berries say “Hello, Fraise!” on your first sip. The beer has balanced sweetness with the dry finish of the brewery’s unflavored cream ale, Guinevere.
Patrons can get their first pint July 20 from 3-9 pm. Folks shouldn’t wait too long, as there is limited availability thanks to a thirsty head brewer!
The fresh tapped beer is also available in a flight, demi-pint, growler & crowler to go.
