Smartmouth’s celebrating spring with a tremendous street party on Saturday, May 9, 12pm-7pm. We will be releasing Get Off Maibock, our second lager beer. It is made with all imported German malts, German yeast, and German hops. We went old school with it and used a special brewing technique called decoction mashing which will achieve a crisp, dry maltiness characteristic of German lagers. It will lager for 60 days! 6.3% ABV, 27 IBU.
There will also be live music, food trucks, party t-shirt, new spring merchandise, a special commemorative mug, brewery tours and more! Rain date, if needed, will be Saturday, June 6.
