A Collaboration Beer Dinner
Bringing together his passion for all things food and beer Beer Chef / Founder Ian Clark of BRU handbuilt ales & eats creates a dueling menu that showcases both BRU and Upslope. The evening starts with Beet Gougeres with charcoal roasted vegetables and burnt beer sabayon served with a beer cocktail that mixes both BRU and Upslope ales.Then onto the first course where BRU’s Nymeria Pale Ale paired with Oven Baked Razor Clams with roasted ramps and cured chorizo goes up against Upslope’s Pale Ale paired with Black Vinegar Cured Cherrystone Clams with a green coriander cracker and radish.
