Door County Beer Festival & Birthday Party

Share Post

Door County Brewing Company is thrilled to announce the time has finally arrived for The Door County Beer Festival and our Birthday Party Extravaganza!

Proud to be the premier sponsor, the Third Annual Door County Beer Festival will include over 160 craft beers from 48 different breweries from the US and Europe. In addition to our classics like the Polka King Porter, Little Sister Witbier, Pastoral and Biere de Seigle, we will be sharing our first surprise Pale Ale exclusively for Door County Beer Festival. According to Danny McMahon head brewer for Door County Brewing Company, “Our newest beer is a generously hopped Pale Ale brewed with Citra and Cascade hops.”

But wait! That’s not all! In addition to an incredible opportunity to taste some of the most mouth-watering brews in Wisconsin at The Door County Beer Festival – we’re having a party at the brewery in celebration of the one-year birthday of our first beer.

Kicking off the party, we will be tapping two new Door County Brewing creations at 4:30 pm at the brewery. We are excited to bring you Door County Brewing Company’s Saison Ètrange for the first time ever. Brewed in the Belgian tradition of utilizing wild yeast, this unique blend of Brettanomyces brewing ensures a distinctively exclusive beer experience. Temptingly funky, Saison Ètrange is slightly tart and naturally dry with just the right amount of citrus and sour- 6% ABV.

We are also eager to tap a new batch of our DoCo Coconut Milk Stout. Dark with notes of coffee, chocolate and added toasted coconut for a hint of extra coconut flavor, this stout is brewed with lactose sugar, which makes for a very smooth and creamy beer- 5% ABV.

In addition to delicious beers, hitting the floor at 7:00 pm, enjoy the musical stylings of Wisconsin’s own Evan Murdock and the Imperfect Strangers. According to the band, “The Imperfect Strangers are a rag-tag amalgam of ruffians and roustabouts held together by their dedication to music and beer.”

Drink, dance and enjoy savory local food from the Nistebox food-truck, this Saturday, June 14 at The Door County Brewing Company Birthday Party. For more information about The Door County Beer Festival or Birthday Party check out: www.doorcountybrewingco.com.
