Full Sail’s Chef Josh Hedrick and Brewmaster Greg Doss team up to create four courses featuring hop infused food paired perfectly with our ridiculously tasty beers. $50 per dinner.

HOPTOBER BREWMASTER DINNER 

Brewer’s Gold Cheese Plate Gourmet cheeses, toasted Pine Street Bakery baguette, hop honey butter, pine syrup, and honeycomb garnish. “21” Doppelbock

Nugget & Saaz Beet Salad beer and food course Salt-roasted beets, heirloom carrots, Olio Verde, Maldon sea salt and, hop aioli topped with micro greens. The Gold Standard Fresh Hop Pale Ale

Denali Lamb Confit Confit lamb shoulder, beluga lentils, heirloom tomato, black plum, and mint hop jelly. Atomizer IPA

Citra & Ekuanot Ice Cream Sandwich Hopped vanilla ice cream between chocolate cookies garnished with candied marigolds, pink peppercorn & hops, and Amber Ale caramel. 2008 Top Sail Bourbon Porter and 2010 Old Boardhead Barleywine
