Itasca, Ill’s Church Street Brewing Adds More Fermenters

Share Post

Church Street Brewing Company has done it again! If you thought ten 30 BBL fermenters were enough, think again. The brewery recently added another four 30 BBL fermenters to its brewing system. Unloading four fermenters out of a semi-truck is no easy task; ask owners Lisa and Joe Gregor! However such a task must be completed in order to keep up with Church Street’s consumer demand.

Church Street Brewing Company began in 2012 with just 6 fermenters, supplying a few traditional beers to the craft beer market. Since 2012, the brewery has added a nice variety of classic beer styles to the list, including its latest Polish Pilsner, Lublinskie. Church Street will continue to expand its beer styles to satisfy consumer demand thanks to the system expansion.

Church Street Brewing Company is a family business built on the dream of crafting the highest quality ales and lagers from around the world. The story began with a home brewing kit that made for a fun hobby, eventually leading to a production facility in Itasca, IL in February 2012. Brewmaster Joe Gregor’s love of classic European beers and owner Lisa Gregor’s passion for running a successful brewery has continued to inspire and grow the company with the help and dedication of all its employees.
