Featuring Master Cicerone-led Food Lab and Off-Flavors Classes, SpokaBrew Collaboration

Spokane, WA… No-Li Brewhouse will celebrate American Craft Beer Week (ACBW), Seattle Beer Week and the first ever Inland NW Craft Beer Week (INWBW) with events throughout the Pacific Northwest from May 12 – May 18, 2014.

American Craft Beer Week is a nationwide-cheers to the country’s craft beer revival. Today, there are more than 2,800 small and independent craft breweries in America, and hundreds more are opening up each year.

This year also marks the first Inland NW Craft Beer Week, in line with ACBW, to celebrate the tremendous growth of the Inland Empire’s beer industry.

No-Li will host a handful of events in Spokane, Seattle, Portland, and Boise, including a “Food Lab” (5/12, https://nolibeerandfoodlab.eventbrite.com) and an Off-Flavors class (5/13, http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/675683), both led by Master Cicerone Nicole Erny, at the No-Li Brewhouse in Spokane. Tickets are needed for both events.

Also in celebration of beer week is the No-Li and Iron Goat Brewing Co. collaBEERation, “SpokaBrew: Nun the WISA,” a Wheat India Session Ale. This 5.0% ABV, 70 IBU beer is brewed with 30% Wheat, Munich, and Washington Select Pale Malt. The beer is hopped and dry-hopped with both El Dorado and Experimental Hop ADHA 881, imparting bright citrus flavors and aromas of tangerine and lemon. The beer will be available on draft in the greater Spokane area, and will be tapped at No-Li on Monday, May 12, 5pm.
