Ken Grossman founded Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in 1980, with the goal of providing his customers with the kind of beer he likes to drink. NH Craft Brew Conference (NHCBC) is for independent craft brewers, by independent craft brewers and presents a unique opportunity for brewers and beyond to learn from each other and discuss their needs. Further, we’ve designed the event to be relevant to everyone at the brewery or involved in the hospitality industry- whether is it is brewing, sales, beertenders, front of the house, operations, buyers or marketing.
NHCBC offers a full-day of networking with a wide array of industry partners, participation in (15) educational sessions, one-on-one discussions as well as partake in our tradeshow and expo.
Featuring three tracks centered around the technical aspects of brewing, business operations, and sales/marketing. Some topics include quality control, sensory panel, distribution, canning, yeast alternatives, lagering process, integrated marketing, hospitality in the tasting room, staff training and development and many other key aspects of craft brewery startup, sustainability, and management.
In addition, attendees will enjoy a continental breakfast, luncheon, light refreshments throughout the event and a “Hoppy” Hour celebration with several NH beers on tap (21+plus**) to round out the conference.
