No Boundaries in Sight: New Imperial Series 4-Pack from No-Li Brewhouse
No-Li’s Innovation and Growth Lead to New Package and Expansion
Spokane, WA… The award-winning No-Li Brewhouse that brings you Spokane-Style beers continues to push innovation through mind-bending growth, brewery expansion projects, and a new screen-printed,12-oz long-neck bottle, 4-pack.
Despite a saturated craft beer market, No-Li Brewhouse continues to thrive on innovation in beer styles and bottle packages that serve a year-round customer experience. Continuous research and development and fast-paced growth drives a need for more production and packaging equipment, and increased capacity – the brewery is awaiting two 60-barrel fermenting tanks, one 60-barrel Brite beer tank, and a new 30-barrel brewhouse.
Master Brewer and Co-Owner, Mark Irvin comments: “Our current growth puts us on pace to produce nearly 6,000 barrels this year, up from 2400 barrels in 2012. With the addition of the new fermenters, a brite beer tank, and a new brewhouse, No-Li will have about 10,000 barrels per year capacity.”
In addition to new production equipment, No-Li will add a new bottling line to support the 4-pack series. The Imperial Series includes year-round Jet Star Imperial IPA, a 115 IBU, 8.1% ABV double IPA, as well as Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout, ringing in at 100 IBUs, 9.5% ABV. The 4-pack Imperials launch November 18th.
Irvin states: “The new packaging configuration allows No-Li to meet customer demand for a smaller package size with exceptional value. The screen-printed 12oz bottle is unique within the industry.”
In addition to the brewing and packaging expansions, No-Li also recently sourced new team members. Lead brewer, Damon Scott from Durango Brewing Company, head chef, Branden Moreau, born & raised in Spokane, Sales Manager, Dylan McDonald, Marketing Manager, Brittany Dern, both previously from Oskar Blues Brewery, and a handful of brewers, production and sales staff from the Spokane area, are integral to forging a craft beer-path to the Inland Northwest, an important and up-and-coming market.
No-Li invites you to join them at the brewery in Spokane for a tour and tasting; samples of the new package available upon request.
