Payette Brewing Company Announces Boise’s Biggest Beer Dinner

Boise, Idaho (August 12, 2015) – Payette Brewing Company, Idaho’s largest brewery, announces an exciting new event Dinner on 8th Street. This will be a unique eight course beer dinner featuring four restaurants in Downtown Boise on September 19, 2015 at 6:00 PM. Payette Brewing Company will be closing down 8th Street between West Idaho Street and West Bannock Street for a fun and delicious evening.

Payette beers will be paired with prepared dishes from 8th Street neighbor restaurants, Bittercreek Alehouse, Juniper, The Matador and Saint Lawrence Gridiron. Unique beers have been carefully selected by each participating restaurant. The chefs will prepare food that best compliments their choices and will be served alongside the beer.
