Boise, ID — Grind Modern Burger, the new restaurant and brewery located at 705 W Fulton St. in downtown Boise has received final licensing approval and will be releasing its first five beers Saturday, December 6th. Head brewer, Marvin Kinney said “I’m very excited to finally have beer available for Boise to enjoy after waiting more than four months for licensing approval from state and federal agencies.”
The first five beers released include an India Pale Ale, a Rye Irish Stout served on nitrogen, a Berliner-Weisse served with house made seasonal syrups, a Hard Root Beer and a Hard Ginger Beer. Over the next month PostModern plans to release another five to six beers including a Double IPA, a Baltic Porter, a Pale Ale, and the original Nut Brown recipe from Tablerock Brewpub which operated the brewery from the early 1990’s to June of 2014.
PostModern Brewers will also be releasing a beer to benefit the Boise Art Museum. That beer will be inspired by the upcoming exhibition of artist Liu Bolin from Shandong China. The beer will be unveiled at the opening of the Liu Bolin: Hiding in the City exhibit January 30th, 2015 and available at Grind Modern Burger and other select venues throughout Boise while it last.
All these beers and future releases will be available on draft at Grind Modern Burger as well as select venues around Boise.
