Earlier this month, Mill Creek Brewing Co (Nolesnville, TN), Blackberry Farm Brewery (Nashville, TN), Highland Brewing Company (Asheville, NC), SweetWater Brewing Company (Atlanta, GA), and NoDa Brewing Company (Charlotte, NC) came together at Mill Creek Brewing Co’s facility to brew the collaboration beer for the Southern Brewers Conference. 
The Southern Brewers Conference, held in Nashville, is a brewing industry event to support the craft brewing community and industry in the South.
The collaboration beer, named Southern Brew Celebration Ale, is a dry-hopped Kristal Weisse. It features a Pilsner Malt build as well as signature hops that each brewery contributed to the mix: Ella, Mosaic, Citra, Hallertau, and Centennial Hash.
The beer is representative of the synergy and spirit of the South and an emblem of teamwork within the brewing company.
This unique collaboration beer will be available in 16 oz. cans and on draft in select bars in the South starting this weekend at the Southern Brewers Conference in Nashville, TN.
