NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Brew Works announces Valentine’s Chocolate & Beer pairings showcasing their craft beers and East Nashville’s Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Company.

Love is in the air at Tennessee Brew Works! From Saturday February 10th, through Wednesday February 14th, Tennessee Brew Works is celebrating Valentine’s; featuring amazing beer and chocolate pairings with Olive and Sinclair Chocolate Co.!

In addition to the pairing menu, Chef Jay will be preparing unique meals created using our craft beers and chocolates! Top it all off with live music and entertainment throughout the week!

Tennessee Brew Works was born of the thirst for high quality, well-crafted, flavorful beer.

We are proud to call the great state of Tennessee home to the Tennessee Brew Works brewery and taproom, where we create our “finely tuned craft beer.” With fine traditions in many things including both music and spirits, we hope to capture the essence of the land and culture in all of our brews. We strive to create our brews as efficiently as possible, minimizing waste and raw material utilization in our brew processes; doing our part for conservation. We believe that brewing is a collaboration between art, science and culture!

Founded with the discovery that great beer can be brewed at home, what began as a kitchen hobby amongst friends ultimately transformed into something much greater. During that evolution we gained a following for our beer with family, friends, and acquaintances; converting many into craft beer consumers. Their enthusiasm (and support) inspired us to follow our passions and share our creations with a much larger audience, while still focusing on producing unique, distinctive, high quality beers.

We believe in a culture that places importance on family, friends, and community. Tennessee Brew Works is an advocate for the local movement, and we aspire to support the local community and organizations, especially our farmers. Creating beer using one of the greenest methods in the region, together we are providing people with higher quality and more sustainable goods and services.
