Lakewood, CO – WestFax Brewing Company, a local independent craft brewery, will celebrate “2 Years of Liberating Beer” on Friday, March 9th and Saturday, March 10th. 
WestFax has been a proud and integral partner in the recent renaissance of W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood, Colorado since opening in March of 2016. WestFax offers a variety of uniquely crafted beers and frequently releases creative flavors in small batches to their 40 West neighborhood (now known as a Creative District) such as their Blootylicious Blueberry Wheat, Tears of Our Enemies Scotch Ale, 40 West IPA, or the Urban Lumberjack New England Style IPA. All of their brews can be enjoyed in their spacious and dog-friendly taproom, a stone’s throw away from the famous Casa Bonita. During their anniversary weekend they will be holding a wing eating contest, releasing 5 new brews, while also offering food trucks, raffles, hot shaves/beard trims and multiple giveaways from other local businesses. Their beer releases will include a Belgian Quad, Double Hazy IPA, Blueberry Barrel Aged Sour called Funky Blooty, Blood Orange 40 West IPA and finally a Double Dry-Hopped Urban Lumberjack IPA. They will also have limited anniversary glassware and merchandise with their celebratory logo.
