So, you want to write about America’s small and independent craft brewers, or maybe you find the rise of the foodie and beer geek scene as compelling as we do? Then we want to hear from you.
CraftBeer.com is looking for freelance writers who consider themselves storytellers. Our site educates beer lovers about beer, but we also go beyond the IBU and ABV to tell the stories of the people who are giving American beer a name — and the cities where craft beer culture thrives.
If you have an eye for detail and a dozen story ideas floating in your head, then please send an email to jess@craftbeer.com. The email should include:
- 150 to 200 words about your “aha” moment with either beer, beer and food pairing, or cooking with beer
- One to three samples of your work (if applicable)
- Your twitter handle
If you don’t have writing samples, but have a tie to the hospitality/restaurant industry and are interested in writing, we still want to hear from you.
Cheers!
