Untapped Fest has grown to be a popular Texas event that focuses equally on quality music and beer with festivals in Austin, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston. The unique partnership between Untapped Fest and Alamo Beer Company is the first time the San Antonio-based brewery has put its brand behind a statewide music series. “We couldn’t ask for a better partner than Untapped Fest in putting together our first ALAMO Beer Live,” said Zac Harris, Director of Sales at Alamo Beer Company. “In addition to great music, we are excited about sharing our beer with all of our friends throughout Texas,” concluded Harris. In early 2016, the beer company made their introduction to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
ALAMO brews beer at its facility in the heart of San Antonio, just a half-a-mile away from its namesake – the Alamo. Along with ALAMO Summer Ale, the company produces ALAMO Golden Ale, Pilsner, Amber Lager, a German-style Pale Ale which are all available year round. ALAMO Summer Ale is the fourth seasonal to be released and joins ALAMO’s Holiday IPA, Fiestaval- a Belgian white ale and Maibock. The company will soon be announcing the release of Oktoberfest ahead of it’s large celebration at the brewery. Visit alamobeer.com for up-to-date information about their beer and brewery.

About Untapped Fest
At its origin, Untapped was designed by its organizers as an event equally focused on quality music and beer, a balance uncommon at music festivals and rarely found at beer events. The aim is not about the quantity of selection but rather the curating of the best in both craft beer and emerging local and national bands. A few of our favorite things so to speak! The addition of local artisans, quality food vendors, and unique locations add texture to each event and create a vibrant village of activity.
