GLOBAL SCENE PRODUTIONS AND CHICAGO SCENE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEDIEVAL TIMES PRESENT “ALE QUEST”

Nation’s First Medieval Craft Beer Festival

Takes Place November 22-24, 2013 at Medieval Times in Schaumburg

CHICAGO – Global Scene Productions and Chicago Scene, in partnership with Medieval Times, are proud to present the nation’s first and only medieval craft beer festival, “Ale Quest” on November 22nd, 23rd and 24th at Medieval Times, 2001 N. Roselle Rd., in Schaumburg.

Ale Quest is the first and only fusion of a craft beer festival comprised of the broadest range of local, national and international craft beers coupled with authentic and highly entertaining medieval battles of jousting and swordsmanship as well as displays of falconry and equestrian feats performed as only Medieval Times Tournaments can do in a realistic castle setting. Accompanying the knightly competition is renaissance style dinner fit for a king.

A three-hour craft beer sampling session in conjunction with the legendary Medieval Times show make for the craft beer industry’s most unique and entertaining combined event.  A list of brewers on hand can be viewed at www.alequest.com.

As an added feature, all “ye lords and ladies” may participate in a costume contest, although the wearing of costumes is not mandatory. Awards will be given out for the best costumes for an individual and for the best group.  Use your imaginations and join in on the fun!  Details can be found at www.alequest.com/competition.

Shows are expected to sell out rapidly and early reservations are recommended, particularly for VIP tickets.  Schedules for the 5 sessions and information on ticket packages are defined and available at www.alequest.com/tickets.
