This Sunday, September 1st, here at BURLY Brewing in Castle Rock Colorado we are inviting you all to join our Pig Roast.
Lante Bräu-Casa will be roasting several whole hogs for this very BURLY event! These hogs will be spiced up using a homemade pineapple mustard baste and lots of love. We’ll also have some amazing sides like potato salad and rolls as well as some other offerings including hamburgers, brats and hot dogs. 
We are very proud of this event in that so much time and effort has and will go into putting this together the RIGHT way. Others have tried and failed to present a pig roast the way it should be done. (Yeah, just Google it.)
Get it on your calendars! There should be plenty of food for all, just show up hungry and thirsty for some BURLY beer!!
