Selling out for eight consecutive years, as the largest Southeast Wisconsin Beer Festival, Door County Brewing Company is very excited to announce our involvement with the Great Lakes Brew Fest in Racine, this Saturday, September 13 from 2-7pm.
Located at the Racine Zoological Gardens offering incredible views of Lake Michigan, the Great Lakes Brew Fest offers over 4,500 attendees an incredible opportunity to try beers from all over the country. With over 400 unlimited samplings of more than 400 beers, ciders and meads, this is one of the best beer festivals in the country.
According to the festival’s committee, “Our goal is to be the premier festival for the craft brewer and craft beer drinker in the Great Lakes Region while raising funds for the internationally acclaimed Racine Kilties Drum & Bugle Corps.”
“The Great Lakes Brew Fest is in its 9th year and will feature unlimited sampling of more than 250 craft beers and sodas from nearly 100 brewers on the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan. All paid attendees will receive a souvenir tasting glass. Food served by local restaurants will be available for purchase. The festival also features live music including performances by the world renowned Kilties Drum and Bugle Corps.”
This year, Door County Brewing Company is thrilled to be bringing our Little Sister Witbier, Pastoral Farmhouse Ale, Biere de Seigle and the newest addition to our beer family – the Silurian Stout. A tribute to the beginning, we brewed our own rich, dark and velvety creation. Dive into the delicious depths of Door County Brewing Company’s Silurian Stout—with chocolate and dark malts, lactose sugar and a hint of coffee. Ruling land and sea, this legendary creamy milk stout is unlike anything of our time.
Door County Brewing Company is located in Baileys Harbor, WI and is committed to creating thoughtfully handcrafted, heritage inspired beers.
