Who: Two Parts and the Colorado Brewers Guild, the creators of Collaboration Fest and Sesh Fest, are teaming up for the 11th annual Fresh Hop Festival.
What: The annual Fresh Hop Festival shines a light on beers made with fresh hops. Fresh hop beers are made with whole cone hops that connect with the wort within 24 hours of harvest. These beers are seasonal, fresh and delicious. Denver’s Fresh Hop Festival is the perfect fall event for any hop head.
Fresh Hop has typically taken place at Falling Rock Tap House, but this year Two Parts is going bigger with a new location at the construction site for an exciting project – the future home of Brewery Liberati. This means more space, more breweries, more food options and more fun!
When: Saturday, October 1st from 1 – 4 p.m.
Where: The future home of Brewery Liberati (2403 Champa Street, Denver, CO. 80205)
Why: Fresh hop season is a special one, and a short one at that. This festival celebrates beers brewed with fresh hops from the vine, which deliver an unparalleled hop character. As one of the main ingredients in beer, whole cone hops should be celebrated. Expect the unexpected at this festival. Not every beer will be bitter and hop forward, but all will be super exclusive of all varied levels of hoppy flavor, color and style.
