Ingredients
- 2 or 3 7 oz. pork chops
- 2 cups black IPA
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp onion, minced
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Bartlett pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Marinate chops mixture overnight.
- Remove from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side (or internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Melt butter and cinnamon in small sauce pan. Add pears and salute for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Fan on top of pork chops and enjoy!
